In Focus Counseling is a group mental health center specialized in the treatment of addiction, anxiety disorders, BFRB's, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. We are a group of specialist who help people navigate life and recovery with evidenced based practices utilizing therapies such as CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, and Inference Based CBT (ICBT.) We offer individual therapy for children, teens, and adults, couples and family, group therapy, and have an Intensive Outpatient program for adults with OCD. We are here to help you focus on what's important.
